Description of the Internship:
The Customer Success position plays a critical role to ensure that customers are experiencing the lifetime value of give2gether. Interns will given an assigned group of customers that you will manage and influence for retention, upsells and overall customer satisfaction. give2gether products and services provide the foundation for Savvy ROI-driven Nonprofits, but the give2gether platform by itself doesn’t guarantee results. This is where you will come in.
